How do you get me to fall in love even more with Felicia Day and steampunk?  COMBINE THEM!!!!  After watching this weeks episode of the flog (yep I'm addicted and can't wait till i get home on a tuesday night to see whats up) I have had to hide my wallet so I don't go shopping crazy at Clockwork Couture.

 

So after watching Felicia it was time to hit the  Clockwork Couture website and wow I'm so glad I did.  The clothing is amazing but it doesn't stop there look at this.....

How amazing is this glycerin based soap  and its a  truly a Clockwork Couture exclusive. This rust colored soap is infused with your choice of oils made for Clockwork Couture by an independent blender using any one of our oils.  Skeleton key is vintage and unique. Style will vary. Now I've spoken about Dollhouse Bettie before but I thought it was about time I updated everyone on a couple of the stunning new pieces they have in stock.

First up is this beautiful slip with links to Vanity Fair, the legendary lingerie company that has been making fabulous confections for over 100 years. This perma-pleated delight is fashioned from nylon tricot and features a double layered chiffon bodice. Scalloped lace trims the neckline and underbust while a matching lace insert adorns the six inch pleated chiffon hem. Style is complete with adjustable ribbon straps. WOW is the first thing that jumped to mind when I saw this new design from What Katie Did, then the next thing to jump in was "I WANT! I WANT!"

On a recent trip to a fav place of mine I decided to goth it up a little. I just couldn't help myself but to jump into my new little corset and skirt from Gallery Serpentine. A big thanks to Stephanie and Annette for getting this stunning outfit for ready for me in such a short time.

Needless to say it was a great night catching up with so many wonderful people. Dinner with EV Mark, Lou, Kittydoll, Ret, Mishka, Jay, Sutty, Phillipa, Jason and everyone else who same to say hello. Then a huge night of play and fun until the wee hours of the morning. Can't wait to see you all in September.

So I have managed to combine some of my favorite styles, goth+lingerie+ sparkles=darkling. More photos to come of the gown, so keep watching.

Found this super cute corset comes from designer Cassi Simpson from Silk Orchid Coresty This is the Chiloh Corset is a great all rounder and will look excellent in any fabric you can dream up for it, be it casual or formal. It also looks great in alternating panels. It is Demi Bust that has moderate hip control and a medium to large waist reduction. It is great for giving you a completely different silhouette than your natural figure is.

Now I can’t sing the praises enough of the wonder ladies of the Lindy Charm School. The Mistresses are back to take on Melbourne and Ballarat on July 10th, ensuring that beauty and femininity is all around you. Plus showing you how to do various hair styles and how to find which era is yours. They will also answer the eternal question when red lipstick is appropriate. All the details for their upcoming workshops are available on their website, so make sure your not late for class.

The Australian Burlesque Festival (thanks to SKM for the heads up for this one) is nearly here. Held in Sydney this June, you will transported amongst glamour, sparkles and beauty where ever you dare to look. With local and international guests you are sure to find someone who’ll make you blush, smile and probably want to join them on stage. So bring on the feathers and false eyelashes for an event to remember.

Well I just had to write because I'M SWOONING!!!!!!!!

Firstly my new corset is finally mine. I've just confirmed I'm the winning bid and payment has been made. So hopefully in the next few weeks my darling will be delivered to me...



And in the late of a Wednesday night when the shops are full of people in shorts and thongs I came across heaven in the form of Kitten D'Amour. I warn you now there will be many posts about this amazing store.

As normal its Sunday and I am looking around the web to find some wonderful piece of lingerie to brighten everyones day. This weekend I came across more Hello Kitty pieces, and my fav this Hello Kitty Corset....how divine

Its always strange, and wonderful, to see just how many things are out there for Hello Kitty.

Plus it does make me have the internal battle of super cute vs the sexy gal.

Mind you these days you can get anythinhg hello kitty like this wedding dress. So i guess i shouldn't be too surprised at what i find anymore.

The Van Doren bra prompted such positive feedback about its comfort that the team at Kiss Me deadly thought they'd add a twist of elegance. A diamond mesh fabric and an ivory contrast trim bring out its superb shape, and they've added a narrow suspender belt that’s boned with a non-stretch centre panel, which is perfect for a little bit of shaping that’s really easy to wear. This set is quite contemporary looking, but they've kept the full brief, complete with its diamond pattern rear.

In this frosty winter weather its hard not to want to stay in your PJ's all day drinking hot chocolate and eating cupcakes. So i thought I'd try and find something to lift the spirits. And the winner is....
