I have spoken about them before, but it never hurts to revisit old favorites now does it. Why do I like them? Its simple not only do they do brilliant 'modern vintage' pieces, they are also great about sizing and sending to Australia. You may wondering why I'm suggesting ordering online from the UK when you can pick up a perfectly good suspender belt from Myer's or Bras'n'things. Well quiet frankly its all about the width of the actual suspender (the piece linking your stockings to the belt) and garter tabs (those pesky clasps that tend to not want to stay done up) on certain belts out there.

A great six strap suspender belt, with metal clips, is really the thing they do best. As well as the stunning vintage appeal the styles suit 40's and 50's glamor while still being very comfortable. And the best bonus.....they don't slide around while your wearing them. Not to forget that they use Metal garter tabs not plastic which stand up to better wear and washing.

Sometimes when you at home you need a bit of Hollywood glamour. Well the team at What Katie did have created a couple of pieces that fit that right down to the hem of your favorite nightie.

In this heat I am struggling with my love of stockings. I have invested in some stunning pairs from various providers but with the heat wave in Melbourne its proving a little harder to wear everyday.

So many of you may ask why since the invention of pantyhose or tights would anyone want to wear stockings unless you are trying to rev up the engine of your partner.

Well for me personally they make me walk taller, smile more and generally feel spectacular. There is just something special about walking around knowing that under your dress/skirt is the this silken pleasure is there, only for you and for those you wish to share it with.

I do firmly believe that lingerie is the foundation of you day, so with the right beginnings anything is possible.

I can only advise that ladies its time to hit the shops and grad a pair of stocking. Stay ups or true stockings and walk tall in your beauty.
